Job description
Global Charter is looking for an experienced on-demand private jet charter professional to lead and expand our US charter sales team.
This is a management role focused on leading our existing US brokers, improving performance across the team and building out the division through further recruitment.
What we are looking for
5+ years’ experience specifically within on-demand private jet charter brokerage
Previous experience working for a private jet brokerage rather than an operator
Strong understanding of the US on-demand charter market
Strong commercial judgement and understanding of charter sales performance
Experience recruiting and building successful sales teams
A hands-on leadership style with high standards around performance, service and culture
The role
Lead and manage Global Charter’s US team of on-demand charter brokers
Coach brokers to improve conversion, client retention, revenue and profitability
Support the team on complex opportunities, negotiations and client situations
Recruit and onboard additional brokers as the US business grows
Set clear performance standards and create accountability across the team
Ensure strong use of our internal technology, CRM and sales processes
Work directly with the founders and senior leadership on the continued expansion of the US business
How we sell
Our brokers are supported by industry-leading internal technology and a strong flow of inbound opportunities, which drives the majority of our new client acquisition. We are not reliant on a traditional outbound-only brokerage model.

We work with UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices and corporations worldwide, combining strong client acquisition, industry-leading technology and a high-performance sales culture.
We are now looking for an experienced industry leader to take ownership of our US charter team and significantly expand it.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary + performance-based compensation.
