Job description
One of the most dynamic, successful and fastest growing building materials manufacturers is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead 11+ high performing plants. They will develop and drive the strategy and manage all aspects of a high performing manufacturer of high-quality products.
Manage a team of Engineers and engineering support personnel across the US and Canada.
Direct and plan all aspects of engineering activities and projects within the division.
Ensure the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future need of the company.

MUST HAVE:
10+ years Manufacturing, Engineering senior management experience
Multi-plant leadership engineering experience (5+ plants and 20+ reports)
Experience leading large ($15M+) capital projects
Experience managing entire capital expenditure budgets between $40M and $50M annually
Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, and New Product Development experience
Excellent written and verbal leadership skills and qualities
Strong manufacturing equipment aptitude
