VP, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Atlanta, GA | Private Equity Backed | Confidential Search
An investor-backed growth platform is seeking a VP of FP&A to partner directly with the CFO and help build the finance infrastructure required for its next phase of growth.
Over the past two years, the company has completed multiple acquisitions and scaled rapidly through a combination of organic growth and M&A. With revenue approaching $400M and continued expansion planned to $700M+, they are now looking for a seasoned finance leader to take ownership of FP&A and help drive performance across a complex, multi-entity organization.
What You’ll Do
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Own board, lender, and executive reporting
Drive KPI development and performance management across multiple business units
Partner closely with operations and executive leadership on strategic decision-making
Support cash flow, working capital, and capital planning initiatives
Build scalable reporting and planning processes to support future growth
Play an active role in acquisition integration and finance transformation efforts
What They’re Looking For
20+ years of finance leadership experience
Strong FP&A background within a complex operating environment
Experience supporting multiple business units, locations, or P&Ls
Distribution, industrial, building products, infrastructure services, or similar experience highly attractive
Prior exposure to treasury, controllership, or lender reporting is a plus
Executive presence with the ability to partner directly with the CFO, CEO, board, and investors
