If you’re wired for problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit right in. Our people set us apart—and with locations across the U.S., there’s room to grow, take on big challenges, and make an immediate impact.

Success will be measured by the ability to develop leaders, attract and retain talent, build scalable systems, support strategic growth initiatives, and create the organizational capacity required to double the size of the business while preserving the entrepreneurial culture, agility, and customer experience that differentiate HVAC RNTL in the marketplace.

Ensure operational capabilities support continued revenue growth.

Partner closely with sales leadership to align resources with customer needs.

Improve responsiveness, execution, and customer experience across all operational functions.

Implement practical operating systems that improve consistency without creating bureaucracy.

Establish meaningful operational metrics and performance measures.

Improve fleet productivity, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness.

Identify opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining agility.

Build the operating model required to support growth in the data center market.

Develop labor, organizational, and execution strategies for mission‑critical environments.

Support successful delivery of large‑scale data center projects.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the organization.

Conduct branch visits, ride‑alongs, customer meetings, and operational reviews.

Travel approximately 30–40% to support growth objectives.

Core Competencies

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.

Equipment rental, HVAC services, specialty contracting, construction services, or related industry experience required.

10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.

Significant multi‑site leadership experience with responsibility for managers and senior leaders.

Demonstrated success helping organizations scale through periods of growth and expansion.

Proven track record of building high‑performing teams and developing leaders.

Experience creating recruiting strategies and workforce development programs.

Strong customer‑facing leadership experience.

Experience supporting acquisition integration is beneficial but not required.

This role involves a combination of office‑based work, virtual collaboration, branch visits, customer meetings, and field engagement. The environment may include exposure to warehouse, job site, and customer operating environments during field visits.

Physical Demands

Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time, including overnight stays.

Frequent use of standard office equipment.

Occasional standing, walking, climbing, and site inspections.

Ability to adapt to varying work environments including offices, branches, and job sites.

Employment practices will not be influenced or affected by an applicant’s or employee’s race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status or any other legally protected status.
