Vice President of Product, AI - Lead the Future of AI-Powered Healthcare
We're partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare technology company on a mission to remove barriers to patient care and medication access. Their platform supports healthcare providers, pharmacies, specialty clinics, and life sciences organizations by streamlining complex workflows that impact millions of patients.
As the company enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking a Vice President of Product, AI to define and scale their AI product strategy across the organization. This executive leader will oversee a growing portfolio of AI-powered solutions, build and mentor high-performing product teams, and partner closely with executive leadership to shape the future of intelligent healthcare workflows.

The Opportunity
Artificial Intelligence is becoming a foundational pillar of the company's growth strategy. The organization is investing heavily in AI-driven solutions that reduce administrative burden, streamline provider workflows, improve medication access, and drive better patient outcomes.
As Vice President of Product, AI, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of the company's AI product portfolio. You'll work alongside executive leadership to identify new market opportunities, drive AI adoption across the platform, and ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation in healthcare technology.
You will lead a team of Product Managers while partnering across Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Sales, and Customer Success to bring transformative AI solutions to market.
What You'll Do
Define and own the company's AI product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
Lead the development and expansion of a portfolio of AI-powered products and platform capabilities.
Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, helping shape company-wide strategic priorities.
Establish product investment frameworks, prioritization models, and AI governance practices.
Drive alignment across executive stakeholders, engineering leadership, commercial teams, and customers.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Leaders.
Establish product management best practices, operating rhythms, performance metrics, and talent development programs.
Foster a culture of innovation, customer obsession, and data-driven decision making.
Partner with engineering leadership to optimize product development processes and organizational effectiveness.
Lead the company's AI strategy across multiple product lines and business functions.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for competitive differentiation.
Oversee the development of advanced AI capabilities including:
Agentic AI applications
Multi-agent systems
Agent orchestration frameworks
MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations
Workflow automation and decision-support systems
Ensure responsible AI development practices, governance, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.
Market & Customer Leadership
Engage directly with enterprise customers, healthcare executives, provider organizations, and industry partners.
Translate market trends, customer needs, and regulatory shifts into actionable product strategy.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
Represent the company with customers, investors, industry conferences, and strategic partners.
Growth & Business Impact
Own product portfolio performance including adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and revenue outcomes.
Identify new market opportunities and adjacent product investments.
Influence company growth strategy through product-led innovation and AI-driven differentiation.
Establish KPI frameworks that connect product investments to business results.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
10+ years of Product Management experience, including significant leadership responsibilities.
5+ years leading Product Managers or Product organizations.
Proven experience owning product strategy at the Director, VP, or executive leadership level.
Demonstrated success building and scaling AI-driven products and platforms.
Track record leading multiple 0→1 and scale-stage product initiatives.
Experience managing cross-functional product organizations in high-growth environments.
Deep understanding of modern AI architectures and deployment strategies.
Experience with: Multi-agent systems, Agent orchestration, MCP integrations, AI workflow automation, LLM-powered applications
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience influencing board-level, executive, and enterprise customer decision-making.
Significant experience in Healthcare Technology, Digital Health, HealthTech, SaaS, or workflow automation platforms.
Deep understanding of provider workflows, healthcare operations, and care delivery environments.
Experience building solutions for hospitals, health systems, specialty practices, pharmacies, life sciences organizations, or payer ecosystems.
Familiarity with medication access, prior authorization, revenue cycle, care coordination, or related healthcare workflows is highly preferred.
