Is comfortable challenging assumptions while building strong cross-functional partnerships

You Bring:

8+ years of risk, compliance, or enterprise risk leadership in a bank or credit union (preferred)

Supervisory experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams

Deep knowledge of regulatory, consumer protection, data privacy, and information security requirements

Demonstrated success in strengthening or maturing an enterprise risk management framework
