Job description
Overview
Our client is a global leader in circuit board testing and validation solutions , helping engineers improve the quality, reliability, and performance of their electronic systems. Their cutting-edge platform is trusted by top electronics, telecom, aerospace & defense, and industrial companies to diagnose, test, and debug the most advanced technology on the market. They are seeking a Vice President of Sales who can build, lead, and scale a global sales organization. This is a rare opportunity to drive international growth while building a high-performing team, backed by an $80B parent company — all while working on a tight-knit team of ~30 people where your impact is recognized immediately.
Compensation
Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus
What They’re Looking For
10+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience
Proven track record of managing and building teams (currently 3 reps, goal to grow to 6)
International leadership experience preferred
Experience in circuit boards—manufacturing, selling, testing, or design
Strong hunter mentality with proven success in entering new markets
Background in telecom and defense preferred; experience in medical devices, aerospace, industrial automation, or contract manufacturing is a strong plus
Ability to travel ~50% (including possible international travel; remote when not traveling)
Texas/DFW candidates preferred, but open to anywhere near a major airport
Bonus if you have
Experience selling to DoD contractors, telecom, or contract manufacturers
Proven success driving long sales cycles (80–120 days) with technical buyer groups
Previous experience implementing sales process discipline and methodology
