Job Title: Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics Seeking an experienced, hands‑on Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics to lead the company’s end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will oversee all inbound and outbound activity while building a disciplined, accountable, and high‑performing operations organization.

The VP will work closely with an executive counterpart responsible for AI, technology, EDI, and automation. Together, they will strengthen the brand’s operational infrastructure, improve visibility and efficiency, and support the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all inbound and outbound supply chain, logistics, distribution, and order‑flow activities.

Oversee international purchasing and production coordination, imports, freight, receiving, inventory allocation, order fulfillment, and outbound delivery.

Manage and develop the Operations Manager, two Allocators, Import Coordinator, and overseas order‑entry coordinators.

Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and accountability throughout the department.

Ensure products move from overseas suppliers to customers accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Oversee freight partners, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and other third‑party logistics providers.

Improve inventory visibility, allocation accuracy, order processing, shipping performance, and on‑time delivery.

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, inventory issues, shipment delays, and service risks.

Develop and monitor KPIs related to lead times, freight costs, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, delivery performance, and customer service.

Create scalable processes, controls, and standard operating procedures that support business growth.

Partner with the technology leader to enhance AMT ERP workflows and implement EDI, AI, reporting, and automation solutions.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Production, Customer Service, and other departments to align inventory and fulfillment with business priorities.

Lead vendor performance reviews and negotiate favorable freight, logistics, and service agreements.

Provide the CEO with clear reporting, forecasts, risk assessments, and recommendations.

Leadership Expectations

Serve as a strong, visible leader who can set direction while remaining close to daily operations.

Build an accountable, collaborative, and solutions‑oriented team culture.

Coach and develop team members while strengthening the department’s capabilities.

Bring structure and consistency to a fast‑moving operating environment.

Anticipate supply chain risks and address issues before they affect customers.

Balance strategic planning with a willingness to step in and solve immediate operational challenges.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operations.

Demonstrated responsibility for both inbound and outbound operations.

Experience managing international suppliers, imports, freight, inventory, allocation, warehousing, and order fulfillment.

Proven success leading and developing cross‑functional or geographically distributed teams.

Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with AMT is preferred.

Familiarity with EDI, automation, and technology‑enabled process improvement.

Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to translate operational data into clear decisions and business recommendations.

Excellent communication skills and the executive presence to work directly with the CEO and other senior leaders.

Experience in apparel, consumer products, promotional products, wholesale, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
