Evaluate manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and inventory management performance, inclusive of co‑manufacturers.

Support capacity planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization initiatives.

Identify and execute margin expansion, cost reduction, and working capital optimization opportunities.

Partner with portfolio leadership on add‑on acquisitions, refinancings, and exit preparation.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience with complex M&A transactions and end‑to‑end diligence processes.

Strong background in FP&A, financial and accounting diligence, and operational finance.

Comprehensive understanding of the CPG ecosystem, including retailers, distributors, co‑manufacturers, and internal manufacturing operations.

Proven knowledge of plant-level accounting, including inventory reconciliation, standard costing, variance analysis, and yield/scrap management.

Experience supporting post-merger integration and financial and operational systems implementation.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel for financial modeling and scenario analysis and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
