Job description
Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking an associate vice president to drive strategic direction for our complex portfolio clients across designated regions. You will partner to maximize client satisfaction and growth, using Avenue5 tools to optimize performance and profitability.
You will lead senior client relationships, oversee budgets and financial reporting, and mentor the team to deliver results. Travel up to 50% and collaboration across sales and client services are essential.
