My firm is working with a growing Fintech company who is looking for a VP of Operations to lead a growing consumer finance business. You will oversee customer service, collections, recoveries, payment operations, operational support functions, and vendors
Responsibilities:
* Customer experience/Customer Satisfaction
* Collections and recovery performance.
* Payment performance, processes, systems, and vendor relationships.
* Operational execution, efficiency & scalability.
Experience:
* Proven senior leadership experience in consumer finance, fintech, lending, servicing, collections or payments
* Success leading customer-facing operations and developing high-performing teams
* Data-driven using root-cause analysis
* Experience improving operational performance and managing vendors
