Vice President, Patient Care (Clinical Integration)
Full-time
Tri-County Health Care is a private, not-for-profit health care corporation with 17 family medicine and women’s health care physicians providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including ReadyCare, eICU, telestroke, teleneurology and 24/7 emergency care.
Largest hospital in Todd and Wadena counties and the only one approved by The Joint Commission.
A transformational leader who will create, articulate and execute a vision to achieve clinical integration.
Responsible for patient care, provider clinics, care management, rehabilitation, pharmacy, laboratory, EKG, imaging, infection control, and newly created healthcare informatics.
Advanced degree in Medicine, Nursing, Health Administration, Healthcare, or related clinical discipline preferred.
6+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare required.
Demonstrated clinical and business acumen.
Prior experience leading transformational change.
