Job Overview
This role is based in our Burlington, MA office, requiring at least three days per week onsite, and the ability to travel within the state.
Responsibilities
Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth strategies.
Maintain high advisor retention and satisfaction.
Support the recruitment of advisors by selling them on the mission and vision of the Employee Channel.
Help transition new teams to LPL.
Build and maintain strong advisor relationships while balancing the profitability of the model.
Requirements
7+ years of branch experience (branch manager, operations/service, or administration).
Bachelor’s degree.
Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses.
10+ years of financial services experience.
Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed.

Experience in both a branch and home office.
Experience as a branch manager and managing multiple offices.
Strong wealth management experience and a track record of bringing on recruits and integrating them into a new firm.

Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining integrity of the model.
Highly strategic thinker with strong execution focus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills at senior levels.
Ability to influence at all levels and lead change.
Executive presence and industry awareness.
Compensation & Benefits
Total Target Compensation: $300,000–$350,000. Pay Range: $225,364.00 – $375,538.00. Salary varies by experience, education, performance, and location. Competitive benefits package includes 401(k) matching, health benefits, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more.
