A dynamic residential real estate company in New York City seeks a Vice President of Resident Engagement to enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement. You will lead a resident relations team, manage sensitive issues, and drive initiatives across a large multi-family portfolio. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in property management and is well-versed in NYC housing regulations. Salary range is $200,000 – 225,000 annually.
