Oversee financial performance for the service line, including annual budget development, fiscal management, forecasting, and identification of sustainable growth opportunities.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with individuals served, families, community organizations, funders, and external agencies to support high-quality services and collaborative problem‑solving.

Recommend and prioritize investments, resources, and operational improvements that strengthen service sustainability, growth, and long-term success.

In partnership with the Executive Team and Senior Director of Quality & Impact, monitor service quality, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices, and implement corrective actions when needed.

Partner with organizational leaders to design, improve, and scale innovative service models that reflect the evolving needs and preferences of people with disabilities.

Lead and support board‑ and executive-level service planning efforts, including strategic goal setting, service design discussions, and organizational engagement related to Residential & Community Living.

Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in leadership practices, team culture, and the service experience.

Model and reinforce person-centered practices, positive support strategies, and a culture of dignity, respect, and accountability.

Serve as an ambassador for Opportunity Partners by building strong internal and external relationships, supporting organizational events, and participating in community and public policy activities relevant to disability services.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, human services, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Significant leadership experience in residential, community-based, human services, healthcare, or a similarly complex service environment.

Experience leading leaders, managing multi-site operations, and driving performance in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to use data to guide decisions and improvement efforts.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across teams, families, community partners, and external stakeholders.

A leadership style that reflects collaboration, accountability, cultural humility, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally as needed.

Opportunity Partners is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to affirmative action and a welcoming environment for people of diverse communities. Our call to advance diversity, equity and inclusion is rooted in our organizational values and in our mission.
