What You’ll Own
Editing & Storytelling (Core Focus)
Edit videos using:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Final Cut Pro
DaVinci Resolve
Turn raw footage into:
Short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Long-form (YouTube, training, explainers)
Optimize pacing, cuts, and structure for engagement + retention
Graphics, Motion & Visual Enhancements
Add:
Titles
Lower thirds
Motion graphics
Use tools like:
Adobe After Effects
Canva
Maintain strong brand consistency across videos
Audio & Color Quality
Clean and balance audio:
Dialogue clarity
Noise reduction
Leveling
Add music + SFX (licensed properly)
Perform color correction & grading for a consistent look
Multi-Platform Optimization
Export for:
YouTube
TikTok
Handle:
Different aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
Compression, codecs, file size optimization
Collaboration & Feedback
Work with:
Marketing teams
Creative directors
Manage feedback using:
Frame.io
Iterate quickly (goal: ≤ 2 revision rounds)
Performance-Driven Editing
Monitor:

Required Experience & Skills
2+ years of professional video editing experience
Strong proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
Experience with:
Audio syncing & cleanup
Color correction
Social media exports
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Nice to Have (High-Quality Candidates)
Motion graphics using After Effects
Experience editing:
Paid ads
Brand storytelling content
Understanding of:
Engagement metrics
Content performance
Background in:

Organize and prep raw footage
