Vikki Goodwin for Lieutenant Governor: Finance AssistantVikki Goodwin for Texas is seeking a Finance Assistant support to the campaign's fundraising operation for the 2026 General Election. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for supporting the campaign and the candidate in their efforts to raise funds by researching donors, assisting with call time, staffing fundraising events and meetings, and using best practices and testing new methods to meet fundraising goals.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, and relationship builder who can thrive in a fast-paced campaign environment.ResponsibilitiesOngoing donor researchPromote and staff fundraising eventsCandidate fundraising support and consultationManage fundraising database and maintain data integrityCreate fundraising and follow-up materialsAnd all other duties as assigned by the Finance DirectorCreating graphics and communicationsStaffing candidate call timeRequirementsIdeal candidates will have at least one cycle of finance experienceWell organizedCommitted to electing DemocratsMust be willing to work evenings and weekends, as necessaryAdaptableAdditional QualificationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordinglyStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, NGPVAN, Act Blue, or other similar donor database experienceExceptional attention to detailWillingness to learn and ask questions
