INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN
METRO MID ATLANTIC

COMPENSATION $300,000 - $350,000 BASE + BONUS OPPORTUNITY
PATIENT PANEL APPROXIMATELY 400 CONCIERGE PATIENTS
SUCCESSION PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE WITH AN OVERLAP AND TRANSITION PERIOD
THIS ISN´T A STARTUP. IT´S A SUCCESSION OPPORTUNITY.
Join a well-established concierge medicine program in Metro Mid Atlantic and ultimately assume care of an existing panel of approximately 400 concierge patients through the succession planning for the future.
The current concierge physician is actively engaged in succession planning, creating the opportunity for a new physician to join the practice in advance and participate in an overlap and transition period to ensure continuity of care and patient retention.
Enjoy an overlap and transition period with the current physician to build relationships and maintain continuity of care.

* Board Certified in Internal Medicine
* Strong outpatient primary care background
* Values relationship-based medicine and long-term patient relationships

* Wants to practice personalized medicine in a lower-volume environment
* Interested in becoming the dedicated concierge physician for the practice

EXPERIENCE
Previous concierge medicine experience is preferred but not required. A strong interest in personalized, relationship driven care is most important.

Candidate should genuinely enjoy building long-term patient relationships and providing high-touch care experience
