Job description
Boston Scientific seeks a Regional Business Director, Urology to lead regional commercial strategy, execution, and talent development for a Urology portfolio. You will translate area priorities into actionable territory plans, drive revenue growth, and coach Territory Managers to achieve targets.
Collaborating across franchises and with cross-functional partners, you will manage expenses, leverage CRM and analytics, and travel 60–70% to execute the strategy and deliver patient value.
