RS&H in Virginia seeks a strategic transportation leader with deep CEI experience and strong VDOT relationships to strengthen RS&H's presence across the Commonwealth.
You will drive client engagement, pursue opportunities, shape teaming strategies, and capture proposals while coordinating with operations and technical leaders to align market intelligence with staffing, delivery, and growth priorities. Mentoring staff and building lasting partnerships will be central to success.
