This is a remote position.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Virtual Assistant to provide support across Marketing, Sales, Administrative Operations, and Customer Service.Key Responsibilities
Marketing
Assist with social media management and content scheduling
Support email marketing and marketing campaigns
Conduct online research and competitor research
Sales
Assist with lead generation and prospecting
Research potential clients and maintain lead lists
Update CRM records and assist with follow-ups
Administrative
Manage emails, data entry, documents, spreadsheets, and reports
Maintain accurate records and databases
Provide general administrative and operational support
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or other platforms
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
Maintain accurate customer information and records
Requirements
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM, and other online tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
