Job description
Sprinter Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver care via virtual wellness visits and in-home services, bringing medical expertise directly to patients' homes. You will assess health needs, conduct risk assessments, review medications, and educate patients on wellbeing while coordinating with the Sprinters team.
Successful candidates will have CA FNP credentials, a valid CA license, and a patient-centric approach.
