Job description
Sprinter Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver virtual wellness visits to patients in their homes. You will assess health, review medications, and coordinate care with our in-home Sprinters to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Candidates must be Board Certified as an FNP with an active Louisiana license, and demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication. The role requires autonomy, patient-centered care, and commitment to patient safety.
