Job description
MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an optical office, drive patient experiences, and manage financial performance. You will recruit, train, and develop a team, partner with doctors and support teams, and act as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced retail/eye care setting.
You will report to the District Manager and may work evenings or weekends as needed to optimize operations and service quality. We value servant leadership and a strong commercial mindset.
