Job description
LensCrafters in the United States is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the store team and deliver a flawless customer experience. This role drives KPIs by aligning the Brand Story with operations and ensuring excellence in service delivery.
You will train staff, analyze performance data, hire engaged teammates, and collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate care. A strong retail and optical knowledge background is preferred and comprehensive management experience is required.
