Job description
VEG is seeking Medical Directors to lead and elevate veterinary emergency hospitals across our network. As a VEG MD, you will guide hospitals to medical excellence, foster a culture focused on people, mentorship, and patient care, and own strategic initiatives from triage to discharge.
You will champion mentorship, clinical quality, and team well-being while ensuring regulatory compliance and growth opportunities for your VEGgies in a fast-paced, 24/7 ER environment.
