nNexus Family Healing has an exciting opportunity for a Visitation Monitor position based in the Central Region of Minnesota out of our Waite Park, MN office!

nSchedule/Pay:
nnnPart-time, 5-10 hours per week.

nnFlexible hours!
n
nnWork any number of days or evenings, between the hours of 8 AM–8 PM, Monday– Saturday
n
nnStarting pay rate of $16 per hour!
n
n nThis position is responsible for fostering the development of healthy family relationships and supportive living environments by facilitating visitations and documenting family visits in a supervised and controlled setting, as identified in the service plan and/or Individual Treatment Plan. Part-time, 5-10 hours per week. This position is flexible - you can work any number of days or evenings, between the hours of 8 AM–8 PM, Monday– Saturday.
nResponsibilities:
nnnFacilitating visitations and documenting family visits in a supervised and controlled setting, as identified in the service plan and/or Individual Treatment Plan

nnFostering the development of healthy family relationships and supportive living environments

n nRequirements:
nQualifications:
nnnPreferred minimum of 2000 hours experience working in Human Services field; working with children and families preferred
n
nnBachelors or Associates in the Human Service field preferred, or in the process of obtaining a degree in the Human Service field
n
nnAbility to work evenings and weekends
n
nnValid driver’s license required
n
nnMust have the ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals or communities and understand their unique needs and challenges.
n
nnMust be open to meeting the cultural needs of individuals or communities, considering factors such as language, traditions, and values.
n
nnMust successfully pass a DHS/DCFS/CJIS/DHHS/ODHS or other federal and state criminal background check
n
nnStrong oral and written communication skills
n
nnStrong problem solving and conflict resolutions skills
n
