Job description
American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AEO Brand Visual Standards across the store.
You will drive Floorset execution, training the Floorset team, and maintain a guest-focused shopping environment. You'll own day-to-day merchandising, adjust replenishment, and spot opportunities to optimize sell-through while upholding safety and shrink-reduction practices.
