Partnership Opportunity | Immediate Surgical Volume | Physician-Owned Retina Practice
Retina Center of Nebraska is seeking a fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon to join our thriving retina-only practice.
This is a rare opportunity to become a true partner in an independent, physician-owned practice with immediate surgical volume, excellent income potential, and an exceptional quality of life.
Current partner income exceeds $1 million annually.

Unlike many retina practices, you won't spend years building a surgical practice.
You will step into an established referral network serving Central and Western Nebraska and Northern Kansas. As the only retina-only practice between Denver and Lincoln, we serve a referral population of more than 300,000 people, providing immediate access to both clinical and surgical volume.
This is a two-year partnership track with no private equity involvement. We are seeking a future long-term partner, not simply an employee. Practice medicine the way you have always wanted, without the demands of a corporate owner.

Surgery is performed at both a highly efficient multispecialty ASC adjacent to our clinic and at our regional hospital using modern Alcon and Zeiss surgical platforms with experienced retina staff.
