We are driven by a passion for real food, an obsession for personalized hospitality and a genuine commitment to people!Whether you're greeting guests at the register, keeping orders moving, delivering food with pride, or maintaining a clean and inviting dining room, you'll play a key role in bringing the Viva Chicken experience to life.What You'll DoDeliver warm, personalized hospitality from the moment guests walk in until they leaveTake orders accurately and efficiently while keeping things upbeat and organizedSupport the flow of service by expediting, running food, and assisting teammates as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining areaFollow food safety, sanitation, and company standards consistentlyWork as part of a team that values communication, accountability, and positivityWhat You'll Do as an AmbassadorIdentify leads for catering opportunities in a 5-mile radius by walking into businesses, hotels, and establishments to introduce yourself and Viva ChickenBe constantly in the community with goal of creating awareness utilizing marketing "hello edible" food drops.Work with the Catering team to identify new potential catering leads.What We're Looking ForA polished, professional demeanor and attitude. "Ambitious" attitude and high energy.Comfortable being interactive and engaging with local businesses, in community grassroots marketing, and executing promotional events to drive foot traffic.Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environmentAttention to cleanliness, organization, and food safetyRestaurant or hospitality experience is required.Ability to bend, stand, balance, and carry items throughout a shiftWhat You'll GetCompetitive hourly pay: $17–$19 per hourFree meal every shift - we take care of our peopleDaily Pay / Earned Wage Access - get paid when you need itNo late nights - we close at 9:00 pmWork Anniversary Bonus – celebrate another year of culinary triumphs with an extra bonus!401(k) with company match – Start building your flavor-filled future with our dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of your total earnings matching.
