The Vocational Coordinator oversees the Work Experience Program... one of the most impactful parts of Adult & Teen Challenge.
This role combines leadership, hands-on work, and discipleship . You'll help students develop real-world skills while growing in character, discipline, and faith.
You're not just managing projects... you're helping rebuild lives through meaningful work.
What You'll Do
Lead and oversee the Work Experience Program
Plan and manage daily work projects and crews
Teach students responsibility, work ethic, and skill development
Disciple and mentor students in a work environment
Coordinate with leadership on scheduling and operations
Maintain equipment, safety standards, and workflow
Train and lead work supervisors and teams
Schedule & Expectations Full-time leadership role
Physically active, hands-on work environment
Flexible schedule based on program needs
Participation in campus life and spiritual activities

Requirements
Requirements
Strong, mature relationship with Jesus Christ
Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission
Understanding of addiction recovery and discipleship
Minimum 2 years leadership experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
General knowledge of construction, maintenance, or trades
Willingness to complete OSHA training
