Job description
Helio Health in Syracuse, NY, is seeking a Skill Builder / Vocational Specialist to support recovery and meet vocational rehabilitation needs. This Per-Diem, onsite role reports to the Team Leader and contributes to Circare program initiatives.
Responsibilities include delivering CORE/HCBS services, facilitating trainings, job readiness, discharge planning, and collaborating with care teams to promote independence and community participation. Salary is hourly and aligns with NYS guidelines.
