Job description
Carle Health is seeking a VRS Technology Specialist to design, implement, and support voice recognition solutions that enhance clinical workflows and patient care. In this role, you will configure and maintain VRS platforms, collaborate with clinicians and operational teams to understand requirements, and translate them into secure, reliable technical solutions. You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with IT and vendors, and create clear documentation. This position also includes training and supporting users, contributing to continuous improvement, and helping drive innovation in a mission-driven, patient-focused environment.
