Job description
Decagon is seeking a Solutions Architect – Voice to define how enterprises deploy Decagon\'s AI agents in live voice and contact center environments. You will guide customers through SIP trunking, call routing, media handling, and real-time transcription integration with Decagon\'s platform.
You\'ll partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering, establishing best practices and credibility with C-suite and network teams. This is an early hire to shape pre-sales and deployment standards for growth.
