Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Contractor to support and maintain enterprise-level network and voice infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with VoIP technologies and network systems in a secure government environment.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network and VoIP infrastructure
Administer and support Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and related voice services
Configure and manage VoIP phones, call routing, and gateways
Monitor network and voice performance; identify and resolve issues proactively
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in related roles
Demonstrated experience with VoIP technologies, including Cisco CUCM (Call Manager), Call Gateways, VoIP phone configuration, deployment, and support
