As a Flat-Rate Automotive Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while producing quality work in a fast-paced dealership environment. We're looking for experienced technicians who take pride in their craftsmanship, work efficiently, and are driven to maximize both quality and productivity.
Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards.
Perform multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs.
Accurately document repair findings and completed work.
Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality repairs.
Proven experience as a flat-rate automotive technician
Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple vehicle systems
Consistent productivity with a commitment to quality.
ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take coaching
Basic computer literacy
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
Ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform the physical demands of the role
Strong work ethic
Basic mechanical aptitude (schooling or experience a plus)
Dependable attendance and positive attitude
Bonus points if you can drive a manual transmission
