Job description
Assistant Program DirectorWe are looking for a gospel-centered and detail-oriented Assistant Program Director to help lead our team, in partnership with the local Program Director and Leadership Board. Our ideal candidate is a spiritually mature active church participant who is adept at assisting in a broad range of administrative tasks. The Assistant Program Director will serve in a part-time volunteer capacity under the Program Director.Job responsibilities include assisting the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's:Leadership: The people element of a program; specifically, the doersLocation: The facility and transportation needs of the programLogistics: How the program relates to the school and/or districtLoot: The financial component of the program (fundraising and budgeting)Language: The communication element of the programThe Support Center is here to walk with you every step of the way! You'll be provided with a step-by-step plan, ongoing training and specialized one-on-one coaching so you can bring Bible education to public school students in your community!Qualifications and experience include:A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of FaithActive participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of FaithLeadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacityExperience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google WorkspaceBenefits include:Retirement plan, including employer match
