Job description
Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Director, Eliot Society Experience to lead volunteer engagement for WashU's leadership annual giving society.
You will manage assigned regional committees, serve as staff liaison to chairs, and drive cross-functional volunteer initiatives with Advancement colleagues. The role focuses on strategy, recruitment, training, and communications, partnering with gift officers and program teams to mobilize donors and prospects.
