Job description
Habitat Omaha is seeking a Volunteer Engagement Manager to lead our volunteer programs and build strong relationships with the community. You will design experiences that recruit, onboard, recognize, and retain volunteers while aligning activities with our mission of affordable housing.
You'll supervise the Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, develop annual plans, and report on engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement and expanded community impact.
