Job description
Help us complete renovation and repair projects in our office and lodge facilities.
Need to have a good knowledge of maintenance skills, with a particular focus on carpentry, plumbing and electrical. A strong back, a team player, along with construction experience, and a servant attitude are required.
Responsibilities include assistance with the following:
Building Maintenance Repairs, renovations and modifications
Room setup for events and meetings
Furniture moves, modification and repairs
Plumbing repairs
Pest extermination
Wall repairs and repainting
Landscaping tasks
Preventive maintenance and repairs Printers/copiers/scanners
Electronic and AV equipment
HVAC system
Electrical system
Office equipment and appliances
Burglar and fire system
Sprinkler systems and grounds
Assist with the Maintenance Hotline and work order requests
Qualifications include:
Must agree with TWR's mission and doctrinal statement
Must have patience and perseverance
Must be flexible and able to make adjustments as situations require
Must be able to work on a team and independently
Must be detail oriented and a creative problem solver
Must speak, read, write and comprehend fluent English
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
