Babies Youth Children Empowerment, Inc. (BYCE) is planning an exciting Career Readiness Experience for students in Grades 8–12 coming to Houston in Spring 2027 .
Our goal is to reach 500+ students and connect them with career, education, training, financial aid, scholarship, entrepreneurship, and workforce opportunities—all in one dynamic experience.
But first, we need the right people around the planning table.
Are you a professional, entrepreneur, educator, college student or graduate, retiree, business owner, community leader, organizer, or creative thinker?
Do you have experience or connections in:
Event Planning • Project Management • Marketing • Fundraising • Sponsorships • Logistics • Career Development • Education • Scholarships & Financial Aid • Entrepreneurship • Workforce Development • Communications • Community Partnerships
You don't have to know everything. Bring the skill, knowledge, resources, relationships, or ideas you do have.
We are building a team of people who want to help create an unforgettable experience that exposes young people to possibilities for their future.
