About Wevise
Wevise is a nonprofit on a mission to make tech careers more attainable for underrepresented and disadvantaged communities through mentorship, education, and career opportunities. Our second mentorship cohort launches later this year — and we're building it from the ground up.
The Role
We're looking for a mission-driven Program Director to lead and scale our mentorship program. Reporting to the Chief Programs Officer, you'll own program development, build out the programs team, and help shape the future of our platform and community impact.
What You'll Do
Design, launch, and manage programs that serve our mentorship community
Build and lead the programs team as we scale
Define KPIs and track program effectiveness
Develop partnerships that amplify our mission
Collaborate with leadership to align programs with organizational goals
What We’re Looking For
Interest in building and scaling programs, ideally in tech or nonprofit settings
Strong communication, and organizational skills
Comfort with data — using it to make decisions and demonstrate impact
Ability to navigate a startup environment
Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Passion for Wevise's mission
This role is committed to 5-10 hours per week.
