Job description
Colonial Williamsburg Foundation seeks a Director of Volunteer Programs to lead enterprise volunteer strategies across the organization. You will supervise three direct reports and shape workforce planning, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management to support a growing volunteer base.
You will partner with operating leaders to expand programs like Wayfinding and Liberty Lounge while ensuring consistent volunteer experience and adherence to enterprise standards.
