Job description
CMI Group is seeking a high-impact Vice President of Business Development in the Phoenix area to lead growth across prime customers in aerospace and defense. You will drive new program wins, shape strategic pursuits, and build a data-driven pipeline spanning 12–36 months.
Requires 10–15+ years of BD leadership with a proven track record at Tier 1 primes, deep product and materials knowledge, and experience reporting to executives. This hybrid role offers strong wages and growth potential.
