Job description
SCOR seeks an experienced VP, Associate General Counsel to lead legal support for US financial solutions clients. You will collaborate with US leadership and occasionally Europe/Asia teams to structure and execute transactions, while advising on internal corporate matters and governance.
Relocation assistance is available within the U.S. and the role offers hybrid work. You will engage with business leaders, manage outside counsel, and guide legal strategy across multiple disciplines.
