Job description
New York Life is seeking an experienced engineer to support the Open DEX platform, building and operating internal tooling, API integrations, and AI-assisted automation across cloud and enterprise environments.
The role owns delivery end-to-end, from design to production incident support, and will establish reusable patterns and standards adopted across the engineering teams. Hybrid work arrangement applies in TDAV.
