Job description
Chase is seeking a Vice President to lead Shopping Innovation & AI Strategy within the Becoming a Customer Digital Shopping team. You will set the vision to modernize consumer deposit shopping, lead agentic shopping and AI-driven experiences, and partner across functions to deliver scalable, customer-centered outcomes.
You will translate emerging AI technologies into strategic roadmaps, define success metrics, and drive experiments that improve confidence, engagement, and incremental growth
