Job description
New York Life seeks a Product Owner to lead NYL360's AI Assistant and Voice Avatar, driving a strategic, cross-pod effort that connects design, engineering and business outcomes. You’ll shape a prioritized backlog, define acceptance criteria, and ensure trustworthy AI experiences for thousands of advisors.
You will collaborate with Google and Obin, mentor other POs, and navigate legacy systems while delivering measurable impact in a modern digital transformation. This is a hybrid role in NYC.
