Job description
Mr. Chubby Rowland Heights LLC is seeking a Vice President to lead the brand from early development to scalable expansion. The role requires hands-on leadership, brand-building across multiple locations, and close collaboration with ownership and operators.
This position involves regular travel to locations, developing systems, standards, and training, with compensation in the $200k–$400k range plus performance bonuses, and a commitment to building consistent store experiences.
