Vice President, Business and Data Transformation Solutions LOC: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

A fast-growing investment firm is seeking a VP of Business and Data Transformation to serve as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders (specifically the private markets business) and technology teams. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives to translate business needs into scalable data, workflow, reporting, and technology solutions. Lead projects from requirements definition through implementation, adoption, and value measurement. Must have 10+ years of experience in financial services with much of that in the private markets space. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Background:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's preferred
10+ years of experience in financial services
Must have knowledge of private markets and alternative asset management
Experience implementing cross-functional across people, processes, data, and technology
Power BI experience a plus
